expenseBrain is Germany's largest vendor-neutral travel management consultancy. We support you before, during and after the introduction of new systems, in the selection of providers for travel services or in the optimization of your processes. As consultants, project managers, trainers or testers we help you to be successful. Provide your employees with valuable time for the actual tasks.

We are specialized in strategic and professional consulting in the business travel process. In doing so, we work vendor-neutrally and independently. Since 2015, we have been supporting large and small customers from all industries in handling their processes digitally and efficiently.

We focus on "full process" solutions based on leading travel management systems. Our daily work takes place with exciting people at the customer. We are also the translators between you and the manufacturer, or between your departments.

We have been in close contact with almost all leading software providers, travel agencies and service providers for years.

When can we meet you?

Locations

Our entire organization is virtualized. This means that all our employees can work without restrictions in the home office, at the beach or on the road. This means that we are there for you anywhere. For customer appointments and meetings, we can make use of rented premises at friendly companies or coworking spaces at all locations. And of course we are also happy to visit you.

You can find us in Lindau, Munich, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Mannheim and Nuremberg.

We attach great importance to experience and competence.

Our team

All of our team members have been in the industry for many years and have worked in travel agency, software vendor or sales positions. Many also global travel management implementations throughout Europe have been managed by our team members in previous positions.

Some of our employees have been active with travel management solutions in the cloud since 2001 - long before that term even existed.

This experience makes us unique.

Travel agency tender August 2019 until the end of 2021

Project management office and technical consulting

We provide technical and operational support for a DAX company's global travel agency tender. Up to four of our employees help on-site and remotely to record the customer requirements and to evaluate the answers of the travel agencies. In this way we help the customer to make his decision for the future travel agency. One focus is on new technologies. This project has potential. We are excited about the outcome of the first phase and are looking forward to the implementation!

Showcase: Process Analysis October 2018 to April 2019

Determine legal and internal requirements, system selection

Together with one of our customers, we designed the business travel process of the future. Four of our employees conducted interviews with 22 specialist departments in order to record all the requirements, including those of the ancillary processes. The result is a completely new target process that even made the suppliers sweat - a real showcase!

Oracle Expense Rollout October 2020 until end of 2021

Requirement Engineering, Global Design, Project Coaching

We support a client from the mechanical engineering industry in the global introduction of Oracle Expense as part of their HCM strategy. Our employees help with the creation of design documents, process descriptions and decision templates and guide the departments through the thicket of possibilities. We also helped optimize the travel policy along the way.

We are positively surprised by the possibilities of the Oracle product and the competence of the implementation team and are looking forward to further Oracle projects.

We significantly supported a client in the global implementation of SAP Concur in 24 countries with functional and organizational quality assurance and coordination.

Requirement Engineering, Testing and Training

We support a client from the mechanical engineering industry in the global implementation of SAP Concur. Our employees help with fit-gap analyses for the countries and with the development of implementation proposals in the system. For the optimal introduction, we create the concepts for tests and training and are also present during implementation.

For this project we also produced a number of short training videos in different languages and country versions - also an interesting experience for us.

The Go Live of the fourth wave in September 2020 marks the successful completion of this project.
